Payment & Dispatch
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however, for the protection of our cutomers we do employ a number of
anti-fraud methods to verify payment details which are given to us. Occasionally these methods may cause a short delay to your transaction and
while we attempt to minimise such disturbances, we would ask you to bear with us should this happen.
You will receive automated notifications when your order is placed and when it is dispatched, and should there be any problem in the mean-time,
we will contact you personally.
Please note that the majority of our products are hand-made, therefore some variations in size, shape and colour may occur from the images shown.
While we do our very best to make sure that our website offers a true representation of the products on sale, it is possible that some differences may
occur on occasion.
With the exception of "Free Local Delivery" (within the Channel Island of Jersey), we use Jersey Post and Royal Mail (for UK delivery) to convey our
orders - this means we are not typically able to guarantee a given delivery date, and would ask that you place orders as early as possible if they
are urgently required for a specific occasion.
We are investigating alternative delivery methods, and will update our customers should we add any enhanced delivery services to our site.
